Taken at the end of a hiking trip in South Tyrol at one of the lakes gaining electrical energy.
Fundamentally I had the idea to isolate it completely from the foregound by taking a long(er) lens. Te realty destroyed the idea: trees had been grown taller than expected, the beach is quite steep and offers the risk to slide into the water... I did not find a chance to realize my starting idea.
SO I included the tiny larch in the front offering a strong yellow spot as a kind of opposite to the huge concrete overspill dominating the scenery.
My target was to show the tension between human architecture stuff in competition to nature.
