Foggy start to a Sunday morning
Down on the waterfront this morning, tide was out, Heron were sitting along the water fishing. There was a boat coming across the water from Bremerton heading into Port Orchard.

Portrait mode would look better here than landscape mode
Her left breast is doing it's own thing, looks out of place.
I would like to see a smaller aperture to see the background in this particular photo. Bokeh seems out of place, doesn't fit the scene.
Without looking at the lens manufacture or model, I would have said it was a refracting lens. The lens you're using has been known to cause the weird circular spheres in the bokeh. I would select another lens next time.
I like this shot. The strange bokeh gives it a surreal look. I would have liked to see more of the model's legs.
