The photo shows the falls of Charco Los Morones, Puerto Rico. The falls are a bit tricky to photograph, to catch it without direct light you need to be there well before sunrise. Hence the bluish hue.
By the way, the Spanish name of the falls suggest you shouldn't do stupid things there...
