This is in one of my favorite areas in Southern Colorado. It is near the headwaters of the West Fork of the Rio Grande, and is a very remarkable area. I frequent it as often as possible when we are in Southern Colorado. The rivers decline is very steep here. One of the things I like best about photographing these rivers, particularly when there is a lot of spring runoff is that the patterns made by the water are very unpredictable, and change, even by the minute.

Nathan super love the mix of water textures and moods, along with the steadfast rocks.
Thank you sir.
