Sandstone Bench, Arizona

One of my favorite places that thankfully is difficult enough to get to that it is not yet commercialized to its own destruction. I was there early one May, and it was not yet the furnace it would become. I was planning on tent camping, but it was so stinking cold - and I had not put a warm down filled coat in, so I was cold the whole trip. Instead of a tent I pulled my sleeping bag up into the back of my Bronco, which does not sleep well - BTW, but I could turn the heater on. from time to time. Good times; memories that have great richness. I used a Toyo 45A with a Sinaron 150mm lens, a dark green #61 filter and Kodak T-Max 100 film.
