Solar Eclipse over Haloze
On August 12th, 2026, we were also able to watch the partial solar eclipse here in Slatina.
Of course, I arrived without my camera, since I was only planning to watch the eclipse… then changed my mind at the last minute, jumped on my bike and rushed home to grab my gear.

It was my first attempt at photographing a solar eclipse and also my first serious attempt at combining multiple photos in post-production. So there was quite a bit of improvisation, both in the field and later behind the computer.
Considering that practically none of this was planned, I'm more than happy with the final result. And I'm pretty sure this won't be my last attempt!
