Taking a slightly different view on the traditional beer bottle image by getting down low and close with a wide angle lens.
There something quite appealing about taking a step away from the tradition straight on bottle images with a (relatively) long lens and taking a view that most people would not usually see.
The bottle was shot as a personal portfolio piece on a white table which was turned green in post-production. The background was green cardboard and a gridded strobe used to produce the spot. It is also this spot that produces the glow in the bottle from the background light Diffusers and strip boxes down either side keep the subject lit with added interest around the embossed logo.
