Myself and a friend decided to hike along the Appalachian Trail and find a good spot to setup camp to capture the amazing sunrise and sunsets of Roan Mountain. There are very few places in Tennessee and North Carolina that can provide this type of view. We decided on Jane's Bald for our spot and WOW did we decide right. We were treated to this amazing sunset as well as incredible sunrises.
