Pointed Mountatin, Kangiusoq Greenland

I photographed this image in Greenland. It was a cloudy day which yielded an overall cool white balance. The brightness from the cloudy sky provided a highlight which yielded a very nice, soft contrast. The patch of green grass provided a touch of color. The image reflects the diverse landscape of Greenland. This raw file required very little editing.

Hey Ed, got your land legs back ;)? As with the finest images analog or digital (RAW) all have their foundation in camera and there after require minimal optimization in post-processing.
Hope all is well after Helene/big storm.

Thanks Paul…. We are back and doing well. The storm didn’t hit us too badly in East Carolina. Asheville where my daughter lives got it badly. She is safe.

Good to hear, sorry about your daughter but as you said she is safe. Thanks for the update.
