It was very cloudy this afternoon. This Ruby throated hummer kept returning to the feeder just off to the right. She hovered several times in front of my porch which had virtually no light on it. The light on the bird is ambient light from the cloudy sky. The entire situation created a beautiful contrast. I got lucky with the shutter at 100th of a sec as she hovered. The wings are in motion.
