Sand, Shapes & Shadow #23

A late evening shot of dune layers in the Sahara. The dunes are temporary because of the winds. In this scene, they appeared as rolling mountains. There was a chill in the air generating the blue sky.

Ed, another wonderful dune image. That chill in the evening air is one of those unexpected pleasure of the desert. Or those warm dry breezes that seem to embrace your very soul.

Couldn’t have said it better…. Thanks my friend.

beautiful light and shadows cast on the series of dune forms

Thanks so much
