Which Top Fujifilm Camera Is Right for You?

Fujifilm makes some fantastic cameras, with the X-T5 and GFX 100S sitting at the top of their APS-C and medium format lines, respectively. So, which is right for you? This helpful video comparison takes a look at both to help you choose the camera for you.

Coming to you from John Branch IV Photography, this great video comparison will help you decide between the Fujifilm X-T5 and GFX 100S mirrorless cameras. Of course, the GFX 100S is, without a doubt, going to provide you with superior image quality. However, the question is if you need that jump in image quality and resolution or if you are better off saving money and buying into the X Series. And it is more than just the cost of the body, as medium format lenses tend to be far more expensive, plus you will have less selection. On top of that, you will get better autofocus and faster continuous burst rates out of the smaller sensor. On the other hand, if resolution and ultimate image quality are at the top of your list, there is no question that medium format is the way to go, and the GFX 100S has proven to be quite a capable option. Check out the video above for the full rundown.

No doubt – clearly GFX100s. Even jpg …

The X-T5 is not at the top of Fujifilm's APS-C line anymore. That position is held by the X-H2 & X-H2s. If pure image quality is a top priority, the resolution of the GFX100 is unmatched. But it's usage is extremely limited, which restricts it to landscape, product, and studio photography. If good image quality and extreme versatility is the priority, the X-H2 and X-T5 are superior. They are also the better bang for the buck.

I'll take the GFX100 for landscapes and the XT5/XH2 for everythjng else.
