Tested the waterproofing on my new shoes, tasted the glacial lakewater, and dipped my tripod's toes in the shallows to line up this shot at Nugget Falls, at the Mendenhall Glacier just up the road from Juneau.
I wanted to try the stitched panorama (nine frames), to get the waterfall tumbling and bulging out towards the viewer, without using such a wide-angle that the leading lines of the water, shallows, and shore go around the bend (so to speak).
Canon 5D Mk.II with the 24-70 F/4 L — ƒ/13 @ 1/320 (some of the bracket exposures were longer), 24mm, ISO 100.
I think it lost a bit of its potential, because it's 1:1 ratio
