It needs a bit of work thou. The light, sharpness, the mood, colors of the city, it is all good! You can lower the vibrance of the sky for a bit thou. I don't like the perspective of the building on the sides as well, it might be better, more natural, if they lean a bit towards the center, than to the back as they are here. I would also try to go back there on some other day, when there are no tents. Ghosting, from people is a bt distracting, but I guess it is very hard to remove them completely. And try to catch the central fountain spray, going high, it will give a great focal point! You're very close to 4, only details!
