Details in the feathers look great. Easy 3 for me.
Obviously it would have been (even) cooler to have the head of the bald eagle in the shot.
I would have liked to have seen the "full" splash in the image. Instead of having the splash slightly cropped off on the right hand side. But, imagining how fast this action was, I can certainly understand that that wasn't possible.
Same as how I would have preferred for the water to be nice and still below the eagle, creating a beautiful reflection of it below it while catching the fish.
Again, most of these comments are out of your control, so please do not take them has harsh criticism, it's a great capture.
