Nice shot but needs cropping. While out of focus riders add info about size of contest, I believe the shot is the group of blue riders, so I think the crop line should be just to left of blue pole

Beauty is subjective, but my first thought (before reading other comments) was pretty much the opposite of Werner's comment. (Sorry Werner. :) )
I *love* the curve of the crowd and the front group leading my eye leftward to see how the are leading such a larger group. If I changed anything, I might experiment with a tiny bit more room on the top & bottom, but that's a nit. I love this shot.
Thanks for the comments. This was taken as an assignment and printet in the news with more room above and below the riders. Personally I preferred this version to get closer to the riders. I thought about leaving out the railing to the left but I felt that it contributed to thee feeling of the curve in the road. I didn't end up on the critique but I am very happy with the end "score" in the community. Thanks!
