I like the sky, but there isn't a real subject in the photo.
Maybe you can zoom in the next time, so that the buildings get bigger in the image.
If you still want the same crop, zoom in (this looks like a 24mm photo) to like 70mm and make a panorama. I know, a lot more work, but you'll get a more compelling image in the end.

Yeah, this was shot at 17mm on APSC. My problem was that I should have focused on the right side of the image, with the main building catching more attention, but the peak of the sunset was on the left side. I did not want to miss either part of it so I opted for a wider composition, but it does not work in my opinion too
