So this photo came as an idea from my Art major roommate. He needed some headshots to use in an art project and needed them in different tones and lighting. I suggested light painting for some different tones for the final image. I was new to light painting and he had never modeled before. Aside from having to stay so still while I light painted him with the light on my phone, he also had to take off the jacket and put his arms and body back in the correct position to line it up properly. We got so lucky that everything lined up. This ghostly jacket effect was done solely by light painting. The only edits being some cropping and noise reduction.
