Born in a Barn

This is 1 shot that happened on a cold night in January. A friend just got this newly redesigned road bike and I wanted to do something with it. Trek has an old slogan "born in a barn" because the company originated out of an old barn in waterloo wi. Having the big racey logo does make a bold statement. I made a plan to meet up at this old barn near my house one cold evening. We moved a few things to make some room and find a decent composition I was shooting with my nikon d750 and 105 macro lens. I was lighting with 1 einstein with a softbox. I let him prop up the bike and found my composition while on a tripod. I triggered the camera as i moved the light around as to emulate more lights in post. I used photoshop to blend the layers into the composite you see. There were other shots from different angles but I liked this one best. I did post it on FB and tag Trek who actually did like the picture.
