This photo is of the Nubble lighthouse in York Maine. This is a sky swap to give a more dramatic look since the actual photo did not have a cloud in the sky. This was taken with an entry level camera Nikon d5100.

While it is a relatively good image and there was definitely thought put into the composition and cloud swap, I have trouble resolving the image in my mind.
It seems to me that the shadows and light on the buildings indicate that the light is coming from behind you on the right, while the chosen sky makes it appear that the sun is setting behind the lighthouse, so there is some visual dissonance and it really takes me out of the photo.
Then again, I could be wrong. Nevertheless a good shot!
