On a Spring roadtrip this past May and stopped in Savanna, Georgia for the night. Had an idea of shooting Wormsloe Plantation with a telephoto lens to compress the long drive. Shot it with a Nikon Z8 and Sigma 150-600 C at 300 mm. Had to focus stack to get the whole scene in sharp. 13 shots stacked in Helicon focus.

Nicely composed image and well shot. The only thing it's missing, though, is something to give it some life. A person walking... an animal crossing... even a motorcyclist driving down the road would have gotten this even more stars.

It's a great shot, but it's just... there.

Ed-thank you for your comment-I feel ya on that also but…. Haha. Advantage of getting there just after sunrise; beat the crowds but the catch 22; no signs of life. Once again, thanks for your CC!
