Hundreds of cowboys, cowgirls, and ranchers descend yearly on Antelope Island State park just north of Salt Lake City, Utah for the annual Bison Roundup. This involves wrangling and corralling over 600 bison for health checkups and culling. The herd has been maintained for nearly 100 years on the island and is a haven for wildlife.
