Taken outside Wanaka, South Island, New Zealand with my Sony a6700 with a 16-70f4. We spent a month in New Zealand driving around in an RV - we spent each night at a different campsite. This particular night, we had been chatting with a bartender at local winery and we mentioned that we were looking for a local campsite. He recommended this one which was a 12k drive down a bumpy dirt road outside Wanaka. It was incredible - remote, beautiful scenery, wide, shale beach. My daughter and I were skipping stones because the water was so smooth. She waded out into the water and I grabbed my camera. I asked her to stand still for a few minutes and then asked her to wiggle her legs to get the ripples. The light was great and with the water so smooth, it gives a really calm feeling. Captured in RAW with some simple, standard adjustments in CaptureOne.
