When it comes to talk about The Great Outdoors, nothing more representative than El Chaltén, Argentina. One of the most impressive views of the Fitz Roy Masif is from Loma del Pliegue Tumbado. It is an huge rocky valley with a splendid view. I was very lucky to get there in a clear day with no wind, quite unusual conditions.
This photo is a composition of five vertical pictures taken handheld. I added my self to this photo to give an idea of the scale of this valley. Someone took another picture of me standing in that rock, in the same angle of view and then I merged the photos. You may consider it somewhat fake, but actually it would have been the same if I´ve had a tripod with me.
