The sunset after the rain, not the best one, but still gave its mood. Sony ZV-E10, 42mm, 1/200, f/6.3, ISO 1600.
The "Turkish Bath" pavilion was erected on a small headland in the south-west part of the Great Pond between 1850 and 1852 on the orders of Emperor Nicholas I. The dome of the building was decorated with relief ornament, while the tall minaret crowned by a spire and crescent gave it a particularly picturesque appearance.
The Catherine Park is made up of two parts: the Regular Park – Old Garden – and the Landscape (English) Park. The Old or Dutch Garden is said to have been begun by Peter I himself. English landscape park was laid out in the area to the south of the palace around the Great Pond.
