I woke up to rain coming through the moon roof of my 4Runner, so I thought the day was going to be a bust. Point Imperial was my first stop of the day. Thick fog would roll in and completely engulf the canyon, but it would also quickly dissipate. So I waited......until there was just the right amount of fog and the lone, dead tree stood out.
