I saw that the moon was still out while on my way to work. Early in the AM. I thought it would be great to get a shot of a bird in front of it. I had a very narrow time frame to find something before the moon went down. The sun was just rising to my left and I was driving south keeping an eye out on my right. (Keeping the sun bro and the moon in front) I finally saw it! An Osprey on the perfect tree. A little climb down an embankment to get him lined up.
I keep my camera with me always, since I started taking pics 10 months ago. Just in case.
This photo is straight out of the camera and to the phone. No real edit. I need to get a good photo program.

I appreciate unedited photos and how subtle but impactful this image is. Very nice balance too! This took a lot of patience to capture it.

Wow! I love the composition of this shot!
