This is "Bryggen" in Bergen city Norway.

I was walking in the city late at night with my old Nikon D5100 and a tripod. I Liked the scene and the reflections in the water and decided I wanted a long shutter image to get a soft and silky smooth appearance for the water and the reflections of the lights, buildings and boats. I used a variable ND filter and a shutterspeed of 25 seconds, F7 and ISO 100. Some basic corrections in post.
