Out on a trip with the ice skating club near Uppsala, Sweden.
The main challenge was skating backwards faster than the rest of the group, with a Sony RX100 mkII on the end of a ski pole in one hand, and a remote control in the other, while trying to compose the image on the articulated screen, in full sunshine.
(I have tried skating forwards with the camera pointing backwards, but then it's hard to keep a safe distance from the others as I adjust my speed for composition).
The mkII has a small, slow buffer, so spray-and-pray wouldn't work.
And I have a mkVI, but they cost a lot, and I'm skating backwards on hard ice...
