n a peaceful riverside village, water hyacinths began to spread across the river, blocking boats and worrying the villagers. But the children saw beauty in the green plants with purple flowers. They hugged them, played with them, and called them friends.

One day, visitors came to the village—people who had learned how to turn water hyacinths into useful crafts. They taught the villagers how to make baskets, mats, and bags from the plants.

With the children’s love and the new knowledge from the visitors, the village transformed a problem into a blessing. What was once feared became a source of creativity, income, and pride
