I shot this with 2 lights, one being continuous that gave me the motion and the second light that popped when I wanted the motion to end.

The brief to the athletes was simple. Celebrate with passion but off the field. It took them a couple tries to understand how the camera and the flash worked with their movements. This was all shot on camera, with minor tweaks with Highlights, Shadows, Curves & HSL
