"Shy selfie"

I recently went on a vacation to Crete, and according to many of my friends, you HAVE to take lots of selfies, and preferably post them on social media.. Well, I don't like taking selfies, but on the last day, early in the morning, I noticed how strong the shadow was out on the balcony. So I tried to find an angle where the arm I shot the picture with wouldn't cast a shadow, while holding my vape in the other hand, and trying to get the timing right for the vape cloud to be large enough to get a decent shadow, but not so large that in would mess up the shadow of myself.

So, after a few tries to get the picture I wanted, I then later spent quite a bit of time editing, mainly the color and temperature using different masks for the shadows and the wall (that I had to draw by hand, as the editing software I prefer to use for pictures shot with my phone, dosn't have any auto-mask functions), to change the off-white wall behind me, to this end result..

Shot with a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, and edited in Photoscape X Pro.
