For this photo the tram is stationary, there is a strobe with deep silver umbrella in front of the tram lighting the model. The blur was added in post where I masked the key areas. I didn't bother trying to add blur on the reflection, impossible to do so without bluring the interior.

Great color palette and tonality. The Lighting and framing are exquisite. The gestural look of the well defined conductor’s face anchors the scene. I would go all the way blurring the reflected foliage of the 1st window at least (and the tail end too while ur at it). Ha ha!
