I used to take walks through a local park (Discover Park in Seattle), and after a while, it felt like I had taken every kind of picture I could on those walks. But I knew there was more I could get from the beautiful nature there, so instead of looking for a new subject, I brought along this little guy (Smiski) to pose out in nature. It made me take a closer look at what was around me for possible scenes to pose it in. I ended up low to the ground, on my hands and knees taking this and other pictures. It just goes to show there is always a photo to take, you just need to change your reference frame, and think differently sometimes.

Taken on a large cut down tree stump. Natural lighting only.

Love the tonality, texture, and color palette. More interestingly, I like how u frame the little guy.
