This image is way way old, but I think suitable for this contest as it is thinking outside the box and it is one of my all-time favorite photos and probably the one I'm most proud of.

It's my personal take on "Tinker Bell," and the model is my (at the time) 5-year-old daughter.
It's a Photoshop composite of two photos. The first is my daughter sitting on a table with a magic wand in her hand. The second is a photo of a plant with a couple of small wooden ladybug-shaped ornaments. Both are lit exactly the same way with a 150Ws studio strobe with a 50x70cm softbox.

Then, about 8 hours of Photoshop were spent separating the girl from the background (at that time, 2012, there was no AI), combining the two images, matching levels, colors, adding flare, cleaning...
