False Spring. Hope and setback all at once. Shot at dusk as sleet was pelting daffodils that had only just popped up in the prior few days. This wasn't the shot I was trying to get, it's slightly front-focused, but the way the focus falls off so quickly made the contrast between the ice and the bright flowers feel more eerie.
