Do you have $2,000? ;-)

Oh. So sad! Do a few portrait sessions and make it happen!

A73 specs pretty much confirm a 4k60 (maybe 6k30) a7s3 sometime in the future.

I can't seem to find a single spec sheet showing wether or not the A7iii will have an OLPF or not. Pre orders are available without full details which seems odd to me.

It does not have one (updated specs just now, thanks for the reminder). But as for pre-orders, you can always cancel them. I think this at least gives people a chance to get in line sooner and take their time to verify later. Either way, 99 percent of the specs are out. I think it's pretty thorough now.

I want it but I think my A7Rii still has a few good years in it. Maybe as a second body when the availability settles down.

Well, I'm just waiting on more reviews to this baby. I'm ditching all my Canon gear. Can't cope with it anymore. I'll make enough to like, buy this camera and a Samyang AF 35 1.4. Will be a lot limited with this one, but, rather be stuck with one lens, than have to cope with the 6D.
As a photographer I'm feeling behind on video. I need to learn more and shoot good quallity video, the a7 sounds like it will do marvels. But i still need real world reviews on this camera, because this is the "i'm out of Canon" thing for me.

Same here. I have the 6D and am thinking of switching to Sony. It's just going to be a bit of a hassle trying to sell all my Canon gear.

Any good place to see a pre-order footage review? I was thinking about a gh5 but now I'm iffy

I don't blame you. I'll look into finding some footage around, but you can always order and cancel later once you see the footage if you don't like it. Just a thought (so you get in line ;-)).

Where is there a rundown of the places where they're trimmed the fat from the A7R3? Other than Mpix count the only thing I've seen is the mode dial lock...anything with video, S&Q settings, OTHER?

From what I've been able to tell, there's really not much else. In fact, the video is oversampled from 6K footage as opposed to from 5K with the a7R III (I believe, if I remember correctly). So I would think this is going to do even better. And that really puts the value at this price point into perspective.

Sold my A7r2 a week ago & I think I am going for this.

Oh Nikon, make faster something with IBIS or i will leave you :D

Awesome camera for the money. Hopefully this will push Canon & Nikon to offer a compelling & competitive price FF mirrorless camera.
