Athens photos
A few shots from the winter of 2025. The last one was inside of the Acropolis Museum. (Unfortunately, I could get everyone to walk exactly where I wanted them to. hahaha)
New version of Bluristic available

Focus Stacking ~ New to Me
I am interested in learning Macro/Closeup photography and understanding that Focus Bracketing is a good part of the process, I thought I would give focus stacking a try.
Vintage Lens
Another visit to our garden using a vintage lens (Canon FD 50mm f/1.4) on my Canon R5. NOTE: With this lens the minimum focusing distance is 18" at which point you have 1/4" depth of field.

Looks great!
If I were to pick any nits, I would say try to lessen the hotspot on the bottom right, it kind of draws the eye away from the rest of the scene, but other than that, great stuff.
When I have time/think of it, I like to do a frame with the shades/blinds drawn so I can brush that into areas like your floor corner to recover the highlights, or to get rid of a pesky reflection.
Thanks for leaving cc Adam, great idea on removing the highlights near windows, im going to do that on my next shoot, thanks! Much appreciated
Great shot...sometimes darkening all edges around edges invites viewers in..also I would have cropped out light at top..a bit distracting
