I put this together after the tail end of a series of small rain storms and cloudy days. The building used to the train station and is now home to a newspaper. The clock has been stuck at 10 after 12 for quite some time.
I like the exposure, lighting, and composition, gj with the clear rule of thirds and lining up your verticals. That car in the foreground pulls my eye away from the subject pretty bad however. Maybe you could have tried a longer exposure, let the clouds and traffic blur nicely. Maybe bring in the orange glow of the sun a bit in post as well.
