Hey all,
Just have a quick question in regards to selling some large prints.
I have taken a few images around the city all with a similar feel of architecture/ high rises. All of them have been taken on public property (footpath). I was just curious whether I would need permission from the architects/owners of the buildings first since the photos would be giving me income.
I am based in Australia.
Fine art sale permission?
I have no idea as to the laws of Australia, but in the US there would be no issue in selling an image such as this.

I think the only problem would be if the building was copyrighted, like the Eiffel Tower. I think there is a list on ghetti?? I just google before I put a picture in a contest. Cool pic!
