Flashback - Downtown Silver Spring, Maryland

I was in the library the other day and came across a book about Historic Silver Spring. The date published was about 2005 and got curious about its contents. Took a few snapshots of the pages of areas I recognized and went off to look for the spots.

The truck image was Georgia Ave and Sligo Age. Top image was taken in 1971, and the bottom image was taken today.

The overpass image was Georgia Ave Underpass. Top image was taken in 1948, and the bottom image was taken today.
