Nice photos. Really likes the forth one down, woman smoking. Kep up the good work.
When you do these, do you get a model release? If so, what kind, Where did you get it or did you wright your own?
Thanks for the comments. No I don't use a model release, so basically images can not be sold. I can exhibit them, but I can not profit from them :) I do tell 99.99% of my subjects what the pictures are for, but having them sign a model release will scare most of the subjects, besides the fact that many were taken in places were I don't speak good enough the local tongue.

That may be true in Rumania (you should talk to a local IP lawyer) but in most countries you don't need a model release to sell prints in a gallery or in a photo book. This is considered art use and no model release is required.
Model release is only required if the image is used to advertise a product/company.
Dan thanks i will follow your advice and ask an IP lawyer. Until now i havent had the opportunity to sell any of the pictures, basically just a few exhibits thats all, but no pictures sold :) About the law in Rumania, is what i was told, i am not local, but will try to do some bette research.
These are some great portraits. Love that the models don't feel staged and their posing feels very natural. The dude in the red sport coat looks like the actor Dominic Chianese a little bit haha

Really good stuff. I didn't notice the carcasses at first. Would like to see them play a bigger role in the photo.
thanks!
