Last Minute (Looking for criticism!)

I took a trip to Chicago, last weekend. After a day of taking photos, and a night of drinking beer, my friend and I headed back to the train. This girl followed us up to where the train was waiting, and I decided to quickly try and capture a photo of her, as my last photo of the trip. I've only been shooting for a couple months, but I'm so happy with this image, I decided to get it printed haha.

Nice lighting on her face. The white railing and ticket machine(?) in the background are somewhat distracting, though - maybe crop them out to put the emphasis more on her?

I see that, now. Thanks man!

This is good composition. Three element to focus on: eyes, right hand, and left hand. Crop everything out to the right of the frame behind her left shoulder...keep that frame for whites. Put it in LR and experiment. If you have the raw image and Adobe raw, put it in there and adjust exposure, B&W, and clarity. Then finish it in Photoshop. Keep the mystery...the eyes have it. The focus, while not sharp, actually adds to the mood. Great moment.
