I have been working through all my SSD exts, which are filled with thousands of photographs, most of which are dross and need to be deleted.

I like the lighting overall, but it looks like a simulated lens flare was added next to her neck in post production. I would have left that out, to me it seems a bit distracting. You have a great picture of a beautiful woman, the only thing I'd change is that flare. :)
