They talk about how they got started in the industry and how they keep up to speed with the software, plus how they learn, how they practice, how they keep staying creative. These can be tall orders for those of us who get sucked into everyday life and don't make the time to practice their craft as much as they'd like, so a bit of motivation in the form of these short interviews with people who know what they're talking about is refreshing.
