The third shadow

This portrait was built around the relationship between the subject and two separate shadows, each shaped by a different area of light. I kept most of the frame deliberately dark so the face, the cyan light and the silhouettes would become the main visual anchors. The result is a simple portrait construction with three simultaneous presences: the man himself and the two versions of him projected around the frame.
