Hussite Rocks Morning View

One of the shots from recent trip to Giant Mountains, PL. I found a spot called Hussite Rocks, which opens up to a really nice view down the valley. I did not have luck shooting sunrise that day, but I certainly had a really good morning. And I do think this one is little bit on the Bob Ross side of happiness ;)

Thanks to other community members, especially Loretta and Thorsten, for helping me with post-processing part of this one. Without you, this image would look very different. :)

A really nice atmosphere, I love the fog mixed with the colours!

Thanks Jordan! It was, indeed, a really calm and atmospheric scene that day. I've been there few times by now, but definitely will take another take on that spot. :)

I give you full points for this picture, because you are the first one to show how it really feels like in that kind of weather!

Thank you for the kind word, Carl. :) As we don't have many sunny days in Poland during the year, most of the photos I bring home are quite dark, gloomy or just plain dull. But I really like how this one played out. :)

Beautiful! To me, the image is a bit like a cushion supporting that extraordinary, gorgeous, slender tree left of centre. Wonderful atmosphere; just makes me long to be there! Well done.

Thank you very much, Chris! I also think that this picture's main subject is that one tree, slightly balanced with the other one (spruce) on the right side. And I really liked the play of those two together, despite it's not an odd number. ;)

Thank you for all your thoughts on this one! :)

A beautifully compose and well-balanced image. The lighting and mood conveyed are simply exquisite.

Thank you very much, Alan! It's the only decent image I got last autumn - I'll have to try harder in the coming months. ;)
