Found a hole in the ground while exploring a mine in Alaska. It had been closed off for over 80 years so we decided to see what was at the bottom. It ended up being a 300 foot rappel into the unknown. I had our safety person at the top shine a flashlight through a gel to get a more ominous look as we descended into a massive room (football stadium sized). We have no idea what the beam in this shot was for. Mysteries that will remain for eternity.
