one has to wonder...

Sunset at the pyramids. 3 image exposure bracket. The challenge in shooting here is avoiding the police from trying to confiscate your gear. Even though the pyramids are closed at sunset and you're shooting from a restaurant across the street, they really seem to not want you to take any photos. A good friend of mine likes to say that "this is the country of not allowed". Right after the sun dipped behind the horizon, I was spotted by multiple police who were yelling at me and the restaurant owner. After a little bribe and a quick exit, I managed to get out with all my gear and no deletion of my memory card. Egypt is gorgeous, but challenging to photograph due to human reasons.
