It’s time to return to the photos from my recent trip to the lands of Euskadi, this time featuring the stunning Cascadas de Tobería in Andoin.
For this shot, I wanted to include those half-submerged rocks in the foreground, whose shapes seem to “point” toward the main waterfall in the background. The underwater rocks had intricate, almost sculptural formations with unique textures and cavities that made them even more interesting.
The river pool beneath the waterfall displayed incredible turquoise and aquamarine tones, beautifully contrasting with the autumn foliage. The surrounding trees were dressed in a full spectrum of autumn colors, from green to yellow, red, and brown—a true autumn paradise!
